Key Privacy Assurance: All PII (Personally Identifiable Information) detection and processing happens locally on your device. The content you scan is never sent to our servers.

How We Process Your Data

Our extension uses on-device processing to detect personally identifiable information in web pages and documents. All detection happens entirely on your local device. The actual content you scan, including any detected PII, never leaves your browser.

When you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information to create and manage your account. We use this information solely for:

Authenticating your identity
Managing your subscription status

Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

Google OAuth

Data Retention

Local Data: Stored on your device until you uninstall the extension or clear browser data
Server Data: Account information is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

All communication with our servers uses HTTPS encryption
Authentication tokens are stored securely using Chrome's storage API
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
